What Is A & B Service?
Mercedes vehicles require routine inspections and service to maintain quality, safety, and peak performance for years. Since 2009, Mercedes vehicles have received two primary types of services at differing intervals. A and B service applies to all years and models. The two service types are:
- Service A: Service A is scheduled for every 10,000 driven or once yearly. Service A covers all checks and replacements as well as cabin filtration replacement and brake fluid exchange.
- Service B: Service B occurs every 20,000 miles or every two years. Service B covers all checks, replacements, and exchanges.
